摘要：A method, a system, a server, and a terminal for processing message aredescribed. The method includes the steps as follows. A notification message forrequesting to establish a session sent by a session requester is received, in which the
notification message carries session management information related to the session. Thesession management information of the session in the notification message is acquired,and a session connection with the session requester is initiated according to the sessionmanagement information. Alternatively, the notification message is acknowledgedaccording to the session management information, a reply message is generatedaccording to an acknowledgement result, and the reply message is sent to the sessionrequester. In embodiments of the present invention, a Data Synchronization (DS)/DeviceManagement (DM) server determines problems of the sent notification messageaccording to the information returned from the terminal, so as to perform the furtherprocessing, thereby preventing the DS or DM server from blindly and repeatedly sendingthe notification message when not being informed that a session connection isestablished by a DS or DM terminal.
