Abstract.Themaintaskofnamingentityrecognitionistoidentifythepersonnames,locationnames,organizationnames,meaningfultime,datesandotherquantitativephrasesandalsoclassifyingthemintodifferentcategories.Yet,therearelotsoffieldterms,meaningfulentities,complicatedlocationnamesandcomplexnameoforganizationscontainedinallkindsofthesefieldtermsisthemostimportantmissionindiggingoutthetextnow.TheextractionofChineseismoredifficultthanEnglishentitiesowingtothelackofdefiniteboundaryandsizecharacteristicsofChinesewords.Therefore,wewouldtrainandtestthemarkedcorpuswhichisbasedontheCNN-BILSTM-CRFneutralnetworkmodelinordertomakegooduseofCNNtogetthepresentationcharacterofwordsandlabelthewordsbyusingBILSTMandCRF.Itmakestheextractionofentityinthecommoncametrue.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheaccuracyrate,recallrateandFvaluethatwegotinanunaddressedartificialfeaturesconditionare98.81%,90.70%and91.57%respectivelywhichisbetterthantheresultswegotbyusingthemethodofBILSTM+CRFandconditionalrandomfield(CRF).

1Introduction
NER(namedentityrecognition)isabasictaskofnaturallanguageprocessing,whichaimstoaccuratelyidentifytheinformationfromtextforitsimportantroleinpersonnames,locationnames,organizationnames,meaningfuldates,currencyandsoon.Soitcanprovidethepracticalinformationfornaturallanguageprocessingtaskssuchasinformationextraction,informationretrieval,machinetranslation,entityco-referenceresolution[1],questionansweringsystem,topicdiscovery,topictracking,etc.[2].TheearliestwasputforwardbytheDefenseAdvancedResearchabroadplanningcom-mittee(theDefenseAdvancedResearchprojectsAgency,DARPA)fundednewsunderstandmeeting(MessageUnderstandingConference,MUC),andtobeheldinSeptember1995the6thMUCmeeting,thetaskofnamedentityevaluationwasfor-mallyintroduced.Inmeetings,namedentitiesaredefinedasspecificpropernounsandspecificquantifiersthatpeopleareinterestedin[3].Then,anewdefinitionofnamedentitytaskwasformulatedinaconferencein1997showedthatithasthreeimportant
