煮饭方法

基本的煮饭方法

1. 使用附属的量米杯进行量米

以量米杯(180ml)瓶口盛满1杯为标准进行量米。 2. 淘米、增减水量

将内锅置于水平处,根据烹煮项目的水位刻度进行增加水量,参阅P30“高明的煮饭方法” 将米摊平。

 米不需浸泡可立即煮饭。将米浸泡后煮出的饭会稍软。 3. 将内锅放入本体中,关闭外盖,并连接上电源插头 擦去内锅外侧沾附的水分和异物,放入内锅。 务必安装内盖。

 如未放入内锅按“煮饭”键时,蜂鸣器鸣响,显示“H04”的错误提示。 4. 用

键选择烹煮项目

每按一次键,

位置上移。

 持续按键则可以快速移动。(返回“普通”时移动停止)  “白米(普通、稍软、微硬)”、“糙米饭”、“糙米活性”一经选择煮饭后,到下次再选择为止,将被自动记忆。  白米快速:想要快速烹煮白米饭时选择白米快速。  但有可能煮出的饭会稍硬。 5. 按煮饭灯

亮灯,开始煮饭的提示音(蜂鸣器)鸣响。

进入焖饭状态时,将显示至饭煮好的剩余时间。

6. 煮饭结束的提示音(蜂鸣器)鸣响,自动进入保温后,请立即搅拌米饭

煮饭结束后自动进入保温,此时保温灯以一小时为单位显示保温经过时间。

亮灯,

煮饭结束后立即搅拌米饭,使多余的水分蒸发,以防米饭板结或发粘。  将米饭保存在内锅中时,请务必使用保温功能。

如不使用保温功能将米饭保存在内锅中,会导致米饭产生异味。 参阅P27“可口保温”、参阅P33“标准保温、休眠保温”  在保温中想知道当前时间时,请按“调整时间”键的

并请再次按“调整时间”键,返回到保温经过时间。否则下次煮饭将不显示保温经过时间,该切换能在保温中进行。

 若将保温一度取消后,再次进行保温时,显示会返回到

 煮饭结束时的报知音可以进行切换。参阅P32“报知音的种类及切换方法”

7. 使用结束后按RESET键,拔下电源插头 煮饭所需的大约时间

 时间是从煮饭开始到进入保温状态的时间。并因电压、室温、季节、水量等而异。

 什锦饭由于在米中加入了配料等,为了使其美味可口,煮饭时间要比白米延长一些(预热时间大约需要30分钟)。

1. Measure rice with the affiliated rice measuring cup

Once the “WHITE RICE (REGULAR, SOFTER, HARDER) ”, “BROWN”, or “GABA BROWN” was chosen, it will be memorized automatically.

WHITE RICE QUICK COOKING: press this button when you want to cook the rice in a short time.

But, the rice will be a little hard sometimes. 5. The COOKING button

When the COOKING button light up, the buzzer rings.

Entering the stage of stew, it will show the remaining time before the rice is ready.

6. The buzzer will ring when the rice is ready. Once into the stage of automatic insulation, please stir the rice immediately.

 If you want to use the insulation function when you had canceled the insulation, the display will back to “0 HOURS”.

 You can change the sound at the end of cooking of the buzzer. See P32 “types of buzzer sound and the methods to switch” 7. At the end, press the button RESET and unplug.

It differs because of voltage, room temperature, season, water volume etc..

 There are many ingredients in the MIXED rice, in order to make the food delicious,the time of MIXED should be a little longer than the white rice(the preheating time takes about 30min). Tips and Notes

 Don’t open the lip during cooking, because it has bad effects on the rice.

 During the process of continuous cooking, please cool the body and inner pot to human skin temperature. If they are too hot, there will be some bad effects on the rice.

 Don’t cook when there is nothing in the pot. If not some problems will be caused.

 Sometimes there will be some light-yellow rice at the bottom of the

pot because of different conditions. HOW TO USE

Cooking Method (continue) Masterly Cooking Method MIXED Rice When the specification is 1.0L, please cook within 0.5-4 cups; When the specification is 1.8L, please cook within 2-6 cups. If exceeds, the rice will overflow sometimes and effect the taste. Water volume MENU Ingredients Press MIXED. The mount of the ingredients should takes up 30%-50% of the rice. Too much ingredients will have some bad effects on the taste of the rice(one cup of rice is about 150g). Put the diced ingredients onto the rice instead of stirring together. Seasoning should be mixed with soup stock or water and then add to the rice. After adjusting the amount of water, stir thoroughly. If the seasoning are added directly into the rice or not mixed thoroughly, they may sometimes scorch or affect the rice taste. Follow the level mark of WHITE.

Oatmeal Water A little more water than the level mark of volume WHITE. MENU Press the SOFTER button. The amount of oatmeal accounts for 20% of the rice. If putting too much oatmeal, it may not cook properly. E.g. If cook a cup of food, the rice should be 0.8 cup and the oatmeal should be 0.2 cup.

Rice with germ Water volume MENU Press the button of REGULAR or SOFTER. Because the germ of rice can easily washed off, so please wash the rice lightly. Brown rice Water volume MENU Press the BROWN button. Follow the level mark of BROWN. Follow the level mar of WHITE.

Gaba Brown rice Rice Water volume MENU Press the GABA BROWN button. Use the brown rice. Follow the level mark of BROWN.

Sweet Rice Use the rice which had been washed and drained rice at least 30 minutes. Water volume Follow the level mark of SWEET.  Only when cook the sweet rice follow the level mark of SWEET .  When cook the polished glutinous rice with the polished round-grained rice, slightly above the level mark of SWEET. MENU Press the SWEET button.

Ingredients Put the ingredients on the top of the rice after adding the water. When cooking sweet rice with red beans„ First cook red beans, separate red beans from bean soup, cool them to normal temperate and then use them. Cook with bean soup instead of water. Porridge Rice Use the semi-brown rice. Because the porridge cooked only use brown rice is not delicious. Water volume MENU Follow the level mark of PORRIDGE. Press the PORRIDGE button.

Ingredients The ingredients should account for 30%-50%.Put the diced ingredients onto the rice and don’t stir. Put the ingredients which are not easily cooked as little as possible. What’s more, the vegetables should be cooked before putting into the cooked rice. Germinated brown rice Rice When the specification is 1.0L, please cook within 0.5-4 cups; When the specification is 1.8L, please cook within 2-8 cups. Only cook the germinated brown rice, or cooked together with the white rice. Water volume MENU Follow the level mark of WHITE . Press the SOFTER button.

Ingredients Due to different kinds of germinated brown rices, sometimes the rice will overflow, and effects the taste of the rice. Don’t use the time function when cooking and don’t soak the rice for over 30 minutes. Because germinated brown rice can easily absorb moisture, the rice sometimes may not taste well.
