摘要：The implant has a base body comprising a biocorrodible metallic material i.e.magnesium alloy, that decomposes to form an alkaline product in an aqueousenvironment. The body has a coating comprising a hydrogel with reduced swellingcapacity at an elevated pH. The hydrogel has a functional group i.e. amine function, that isconverted from an ionic charge state to a neutral charge state with an increase in pH. Thehydrogel comprises a polymer selected from a group consisting of acrylamide,methacrylamide, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, methacrylamide and dimethyl-aminoethyl methacrylate.
