连接器常用的专业术语_

1「连接器：通常装接在电缆或设备上，供传输线系统电连接的可分离元件（转接器除外）

。

2. 射频连接器：是在射频范围内使用的连接器。 3. 视频：频率范围在3HZ s30MHZ之间的无线电波。 4. 射频：频率范围在3千H少3000GHZ之间的无线电波。 5. 高频：频率范围在3MHZ^30MHZ之间的无线电波。 6. 同轴：内导体具有介质支撑，结构上能在测量中采用频率范围内得到最小的内反射系数。

7. 三同轴：由具有公共轴线并且相互绝缘的三层同心导体组成的传输线。

8. 等级：连接器在机械和电气精密度方面特别是在规定的反射系数方面的水平。

9. 通用连接器（2级）：采用最宽的容许尺寸偏差（公差）制造，但仍能保证最低限度的规

定性能和互配性的一种连接器。注：反射系数的要求可规定，也可以不规定。

10. 高性能连接器（1级）：按频率变化来规定反射系数极限值的一种连接器，通常所规定的

尺寸公差不比相应的2级连接器严格，但是需要保证连接器满足反射系数的要求时，制造厂有责任选择较严的公差。

11. 标准试验连接器（0级）:用来对1级和2级连接器进行反射系数测量的一种精密制造的

具体类型连接器，对测量结果引起的误差可以忽略不计。注：标准试验连接器通常是不同类

型间转接器的一部分，而转接器与精密连接器连接构成测试设备的一部分。

12. 密封

12.1密封连接器：具有能满足规定的气体，潮气或液体密封性要求的连接器。12.2隔障密封：防止与气体、潮气或液体沿着轴向进入连接器壳体内部的密封。

12.3面板密封：防止气体、潮气或液体通过安装孔进入固定或转接器壳体与面板之间的密封。

注：密封件通常作为产品提供。

12.4插合面密封：防止气体、潮气或液体进入一对插合连接器界面处的密封。

12.5气密封：满足IEC60068-2-17《基本环境试验规程第2部分：试验-试验Q:密封》中试验Qk规定要求的密圭寸。

连接器的基本结构组成：连接器的基本结构件有①接触件；②绝缘体；③外壳（视品种而定）；

④附件。

1. 接触件（con tacts ）是连接器完成电连接功能的核心零件。一般由阳性接触件和阴性接触件组成接触对，通过阴、阳接触件的插合完成电连接。

阳性接触件为刚性零件，其形状为圆柱形（圆插针）、方柱形（方插针）或扁平形（插片）。阳性接触件一般由黄铜、磷青铜制成。

阴性接触件即插孔，是接触对的关键零件，它依靠弹性结构在与插针插合时发生弹性变

形而产生弹性力与阳性接触件形成紧密接触，完成连接。插孔的结构种类很多，有圆筒型（劈槽、缩口）、音叉型、悬臂梁型（纵向开槽）、折迭型（纵向开槽，9字形）、盒形（方插孔）以及双曲面线簧插孔等。

2. 绝缘体绝缘体也常称为基座（base）或安装板（insert ），它的作用是使接触件按所需要的位置和间距排列，并保证接触件之间和接触件与外壳之间的绝缘性能。良好的绝缘电阻、耐电压性能以及易加工性是选择绝缘材料加工成绝缘体的基本要求。
