摘要：Synthetic analogs of the marine natural product manoalide include 3,7-Bis(hydroxymethyl)-4-hydroxy-11-methyl-13-(2',6',6'- trimethylcyclohexen yl)-2,6,10-tridecatrienoic acid &ggr;-lactone, manoalide &dgr;- lactone, manoalide &dgr;-lactoneacetate and dehydro- seco-manoalide.< P>
The method of treating mammals including humans in need of a drug having analgesicand/or anti- inflammatory activity comprising the administration of a therapeuticallyeffective amount of a synthetic analog of manoalide.
