摘要：Device (1) for separating a dough block (18) from dough mass (2) comprises achamber formed from outer boundary element for receiving the dough mass anddelivering the dough blocks separated from the dough mass. A horizontally movable
carriage element (5) with at least a dough-circulation area movable itself relative to thecarriage element, and with at least a cutting device formed during the processing of themovable carriage element for separating the dough blocks from the dough mass, isprovided as a bottom at least in the horizontally arranged outer boundary element ofthe chamber. An independent claim is also included for separating the dough blocks fromthe dough mass by the device, comprising adding the dough mass into the chamberformed of the outer boundary element, and then delivering the separated dough blocksfrom the dough mass from the chamber. The method is carried out by the above device,where the chamber is limited at the bottom by the horizontally arranged carriageelement as the outer boundary element, which is horizontally movable, and at least onecutting device is formed, which is movable during the movement of the carriage elementwith the dough-circulation area movable itself relative to the carriage element during themovement of the carriage element, and thus the dough blocks are separated from thedough mass.
