摘要：PURPOSE:To reduce both switching distortion and an idling current byconnecting a current source which functions to reduce the switching distortion to thebase of an output stage transistor TR which is connected to a phase inverting pnp TR.CONSTITUTION:A series circuit of a resistance 3 and a diode 4 which are connectedforward to each other via a constant current circuit is provided between a line of thepower supply side and another line of the earth side. The joint of the resistance 3 and thediode 4 is connected to the base of an npn TRQ6. The emitter of the TRQ6 is connectedto the collector of a phase inverting pnp TRQ3 as well as the base of a TRQ5 via a
resistance 5. In such a circuit constitution, a current equivalent to the fact that the TRQ3 isturned on to supply its base current to the TRQ5 even before the TRQ3 is not turned onsince a delay is produced with switching from OFF to ON of the TRQ3. Thus, the switchingdistortion and the idling currents are simmultaneously reduced.
