一、交互是个筐，啥都往里装

交互（inter-action），从字面上明白得，确实是 A 和 B 之间的一系列动作和行为。比如，早上你出门时碰着邻居，冲 ta 喊一声“早”，ta 对你颔首、微笑，说“早” —— 这确实是一个完整的互动进程。固然，互动不仅限于人与人之间，还能够发生在系统和系统之间，比如人和机械，人和环境，机械和环境，等等。

如何让人机交流更自然（固然是偏袒人类的），渐渐形成了一个学科。而随着运算性能力指数级的增加，运算机承担愈来愈多，而人需要投入的明白得和利用本钱那么愈来愈小。

三、行为引导和设计对话

为了便于明白得，咱们把任何两个系统之间的交互都看做“对话”（不仅包括语言，还有动作，肢体、表情，图像转变，可感知的运动等等）。交互设计要做的情形，确实是让两个系统之间更好地 “对话”。

从广义上明白得，设计的本质是“预先处置关系”，而从属于设计领域的交互设计，要紧关注的是如何让人与系统更好地进行”对话”。也确实是人在跟一个系统打交道时，他了解到哪些信息，他怎么做，感受如何。

设计节点的“对话”

人与系统的“对话”，往往发生在关键节点上。比如去ATM取钱，对话大体是在一块屏幕上进行，而且人和ATM对话的进程，是由假设干节点组成的途径： * 你告知ATM账号

* ATM识别账号，问你要做什么 * 你告知ATM要做第一件事 * ATM做第一件事并给出反馈 * ATM问你要做什么

* 你告知ATM要做第二件事“” * ……

交互设计处置的确实是这些关键节点的“对话”，如何让两边（人，机）明白对方的意思、明白对方的进度、明白对方的困难而且解决……也确实是说，交互设计的是用户在利用一个系统/产品时所通过的“途径”，和与系统/产品发生的“对话”。

互联网产品界面交互设计

回归现实，大箩筐【交互设计】中套着一个小箩筐【人机交互】，而最多见的“机”，确实是天天都能见到的网站/客户端/app。互联网行业的交互设计，指的主若是这些界面的设计。

那么，互联网产品界面交互设计具体做什么？

概念用户特点、需求、目标 理清用户任务和流程 概念功能

整理信息/页面结构

提出设计方案草稿，制作原型，团队讨论 跟进设计和开发 跟进上线和迭代优化 无穷循环……

四、生活中的交互设计

交互设计尽管不能吃，也是极有效的。可是要记得一点：好的交互设计，让人感觉不到设计的存在。

通过下面约妹纸的例子，你应该明白得什么是真正的交互设计了。

从“对话”的角度明白得约妹纸看电影的全进程，看看哪些环节能够下功夫去提升体验。 1、第一时期：约

①妹子是不是喜爱看电影？喜爱什么类型的？最近上了哪些电影？妹子何时有空？妹子住哪里？可能会喜爱去哪些电影院？（用户调研）

②以什么理由提出妹子会感觉比较自然不为难？在什么场合下发起对话，什么缘故？需要制造如此的场合吗？（场景营造）

③在对话时，少利用封锁式句式，先回应情绪再导向事实，提供可能性并给出有助于决策的信息……（对话引导）

2、第二时期：去

①约在什么地址碰面适合？妹子明白在哪吗？过去方便吗？会用什么方式过去？人多拥堵吗？会在哪里等候？天气会可不能出问题？需要先吃东西吗？ ②妹子或你早到/迟到了如何回应？如何开启话题？

③电影院如何去？需要换票吗？去排队时让妹子干啥？开场前时刻如何打发？要买零食吗？妹子喜爱吃啥？

3、第三时期：看

①进场时走妹子前面仍是后面？太黑看不清如何办？如何快速找到座位？两个位置让妹子坐哪个？领的眼镜要怎处置？包和零食放哪既好拿又不容易打翻？电话调静音了吗？

②看的是什么类型的电影？要在妹子泪目时预备好纸巾吗？身旁坐了熊小孩怎么处置？

4、第四时期：回

①妹子看完电影是意犹未尽仍是哈欠连连，该送她回家仍是预备其他节目？如何讨论电影剧情？

②妹子怎么回家方便？需不需要带些吃的回家？辞别时说些什么？ ③分开后再说些什么能增强两人的一起回忆，或是埋下下次约会的线索？

一场约会包括了无数细节，妹子对你的印象就由这些细节一点点组成。尽管这些都是很自然的反映，可是用设计的角度去看，很多细节都能够提早考虑和优化，如此能让妹子感觉跟你在一路很舒畅。

好的交互设计，是让人感觉不到的设计~ 真正的体贴，是让人感觉不到的体贴啊 ~
