110V系统直流屏电池数量计算说明

因采用镉镍电池标称电压是1.2V,正常浮充电压为1.42~1.45V,合同要求92只,如果按1.42V计算正常浮充电压为92*1.42=130.V。

正常主充电压为1.55~1.65V, 合同要求92只,如果按1.55V计算正常主充电压为92*1.55=142.6V。

因正常使用母线电压130.>110V*1.15=126.5。

建议采用85~87只使用,按87只计算,浮充电压为87*1.42=123.54,

主充电压为:87*1.55=134.85V.

正常使用母线电压为123.54<110V*1.15=126.5

(注:主充尽可能不要高于母线正常运行电压太高)

Translation:

1. Nominal Voltage : Un=1.2V,

Floating Charge Voltage : Uf=1.42~1.45V.

Quick Charge Voltage : Uq=1.55~1.65V.

Quantity of Battery=92(nos)

According to above,

Floating Charge Voltage and Quick Charge Voltage For all the Battery should be as follow:Uf=(1.42~1.45)*92=130.~133.4(V)

Uq=(1.55~1.65)*92=142.6~151.8(V)

But the Voltage of Busbar which can be operated normally should be as follow:Um=110*1.15=126.5(V)﹤Ufmin=130.V﹤Uqmin=142.6V

So,it will affect the normal operation of all the DC equipment.

2. Nominal Voltage : Un=1.2V,

Floating Charge Voltage : Uf=1.42~1.45V.

Quick Charge Voltage : Uq=1.55~1.65V.

Quantity of Battery=85~87(nos), Calculated by 87 nos.

According to above,

Floating Charge Voltage and Quick Charge Voltage For all the Battery should be as follow:Uf=(1.42~1.45)*87=123.54~126.15(V)

Uq=(1.55~1.65)*87=134.85~143.55(V)

But the Voltage of Busbar which can be operated normally should be as follow:Um=110*1.15=126.5(V)﹥Ufmax=126.15V

So,it can be in normal operation.
